Saturday’s team workout took the some of the movements out to the 800 meter mark! Here is Frank doing a weighted squat jump.

Find your 1 rep max.

Workout of the Day
AMRAP in 5 minutes of
Front squats (205/143)
Rest 3 minutes
then

AMRAP in 5 minutes of
Muscle-ups
Rest 3 minutes.
then

AMRAP in 5 minutes of
Bar facing burpees

If you can’t do muscle-ups, you will do an AMRAP of ring dips instead.  If you cannot ring dip, you will an AMRAP of 4 chest-to-bar pull-ups and 6 hand release push-ups.
