Alana cruising through yesterday’s double-unders.

It looks like Wednesday is going to be the day for the new and improved eXalted Kids class!  If you have an interest in getting your kid going with our program, we are going to have an open class at 5 p.m. Wednesday.  Cheyenne and I will decide where to go from there and see how many kids show up.  We may need to divide the class into two times to accommodate separate age groups.  Please don’t worry about that for now and just come at 5 o’clock Wednesday.  Please let either Chey or Will know if you can’t make that class but are interested in the one next week.

Strength
Find a heavy single of a 10 second pause front squat.  This will not be maximal, but rather a challenging weight with no potential for failure.  Coach would prefer no lifting shoes so the effect on hip mobility is maximized.  Don’t bottom out, elbows up, knees out!

Workout of the Day
In 15 minutes, perform 80 walking goblet lunges (70/53), then in remaining time, perform AMRAP of
5 Burpees
10 Kettlebell swings
20 Air squats
