EMOM for 12 minutes:
Every odd minute, perform 3 muscle snatches going AHAP.
Every even minute, perform one unbroken set of ring dips.
Your score on this will be your total ring dips, if you can’t do ring dips, scale it to ring push-ups if you can do them flat. If you can’t do them flat, then do push-ups on kettlebells. If you can’t do that, then just do normal floor push-ups.

Run 400 meters after every round. This WOD is capped at 16 minutes.
