Katie doing some accessory work on her hips so she can reinforce proper knee position during squats. The hip circle is a great tool to build the strength of the muscles you need to “keep the knees out!”

EMOM for 20 minutes:
In the 1st minute, perform AMRAP of bench press (165/103).
In the 2nd minute, perform 15 GHD sit-ups.
In the 3rd minute, perform 50 double-unders.
In the 4th minute, rest

You will have a score for this EMOM!  How many total bench presses you get will be your score!

8 Thrusters (95/63)
1 Rope climb
