Meet one of eXalted’s newest members, Dr. Jenette Auchter of Heathrow Chiropractic.  Her flyers are near the check-in computer.  If you have been considering Chiropractic care or are looking to switch, we highly recommend checking into her practice, Heathrow Chiropractic.  Dr. Auchter is well versed in soft tissue manipulation and extremity adjusting, something you won’t find with all Chiropractors, which is a great thing for CrossFitters.

Power Snatch
Find your 1 rep max.
You have 20 minutes.

*This snatch must be technically sound.  Repetitions that are “ugly” will not be counted for today.  Reps with excessive press out and/or feet splaying will not be counted.  Chasing the bar is ok though.  If you don’t like this, then work on getting better/quicker under the bar.  Power snatches are not meant to look ugly, they are meant to look EXACTLY the same as a normal snatch, just not receiving the bar and going below parallel at any point.

Workout of the Day
3 rounds:
In 2 minutes, perform 8 lateral bar burpees.
In the remaining time, AMRAP squat snatches (135/93).
Rest 2 minutes.

Score is total squat snatches performed.
