EMOM for 15 minutes:
15 ring push-ups the first minute,
20 sit-ups the second minute,
15/10 calories on the assault bike in the 3rd minute
Start over from the ring push-ups and repeat until EMOM is finished.
Each movement is performed all out, AFAP. If you cannot complete all the reps in 30 seconds in the first 2 rounds, cut your reps down. This is not scored, this is merely training!
