Warm-up
Mobilize on your own to prepare for overhead squats (achilles, thoracic, etc. . .) then,
4 rounds not for time:
200 meter run (focus on good technique, as usual)
8 PVC shoulder dislocates
6 Kettlebell mobility squats
6 Overhead barbell shrugs

Workout of the Day
3 Rounds for time:
20 Overhead squats (75/53)
30 Sit-ups
40 Kettlebell swings (53/35)
50 Double-unders

This workout is capped at 25 minutes. You will do triple the single-unders.
