EMOM for 12 minutes:
Odd: 10-12 calories on rower as fast as possible
Even: 3-5 Muscle-Ups unbroken
How many calories/reps you do depends on your level. IF you are advanced, you will do 12 calories and the 5 muscle-ups. If you cannot do Muscle-ups, you will do ring dips or ring push-ups.
