REMINDER!  This Saturday is friends and family day.  There will be a workout, then a cookout so bring all of your friends.  Don’t forget to remind them of our current sign up special if they are interested in joining!  We are looking forward to getting a TON of new faces in the gym.  The workout will be something everyone can do and of course will be scaled as needed.

Find your 3 rep max.
This is not unbroken.  Drop the bar, but reset as quickly as possible for the subsequent reps. You have 18 minutes.

This workout is capped at 25 minutes.  Scale to finish.  If you don’t finish, your score will be the total reps you completed.
