The goal is go up in weight every set.  Quality is the objective here, not putting so much weight on the bar you need to use your hips to help you throw the bar up.  Nothing will be recorded for this, just push yourself on the weight.  Building upper back strength is paramount for shoulder health and good posture during pretty much any and all movements.
