1000 meter row
50 Thrusters (45 lbs)
30 Pull-ups

Prehab/Strength
4 rounds not for time:
5 Strict toes to bar (if you can’t do strict T2B, do a 30 second L hold)
6 Deadhang pull-ups (emphasize deadhang at bottom, and chin getting CLEAR over the bar)
8 Wall squats
10 Band pull aparts

Some movements are extremely important for injury prevention, but are pointless to do in a “metcon” environment.  These are some of those movements.  Execute these movements precisely and with a purpose.  Efficiency is not the emphasis here as this is not for time, nor should it be when focusing on strengthening muscles and joints in such a way to prevent problems.
