10 Single arm banded rows (1 second pause at the top)
10 PVC shoulder dislocates
8 Pull-up retractions in the rings
Spend 1 minute doing the sink mobilization, come in and out of the stretch

Workout of the Day

15 Snatches (115/83)
12 Lateral burpee box jump overs (24/20)
9 Muscle-ups
