    I loved the seated press!! I have never done those before…the most entertaining part was just trying to get it the bar on my shoulders lol! Fun WoD!

    • I like this AND it angers me as this means you will not be at the 6p class … I hate when you go to the gym 12 hours before me!!!! (sad puppy)

    did a variation of yesterdays wod: rowing 500m, 21-15-9 pullups, the butterfly finally clicked today

    Felt goofy getting under and out from under the bar. 

    • LoL. I felt goofy too … well, I felt a little anxiety … every time I thought “omg, how did I get it to my shoulders in the last round?!”
