  • Push Jerk: 95/2, 135/2, 155/2, 175/2, 195/2 – stopped there, irritated my back on the last set, the first rep at 175 & 195 were horrible, second rep went straight up effortlessly, I still need work on this movement

    WoD – 22:59, subbed rowing

    Just can’t get my head in the game this week, poor planning both days, yesterday I changed shoes mid wod and lost exercise time, today I didn’t check my rings and I had to limit my kip b/c my feet were dragging on the first 2 sets of 6, thanks Will for changing the rings, my second 2 sets were much better, hopefully I can pull it together going forward

    123/2   133/2   143/2  153/2 PR  163/1, 163/2 PR, 168/1 I’m happy with this 2RM push jerk PR. It’s a 20# PR for me. I’ll take that any day!!!

    WoD: 3 + 5 (subbed 12 pull-ups for the mu’s … damn me and my lack of endurance!!! =D )
