    Disappointing day for me.  Only got up to 73# in the snatch EMOM, which is my current max.  Was really hoping for a PR today.  Only 5 rounds in the wod with 53#.  Tomorrow will be a better day! 🙂

    Snatch: 75/1, 85/1, 95/1, 100/1, 105/1, 110/1, 115/1, 120/1, 125/1, 130/f, 130/1, 135/1, 140/f, 140/1

    WoD: 3 rounds Rx. 62 lb kb. Probably should have scaled the 135 to get more rounds and work on my form but I didn’t.

  • Snatch: 123 – PR by 10# … I was in complete shock when I got this… 

    WoD: 6 + 10 Rx
