Rick Johnson, Emily’s husband, has been a big help putting making PR’s for Parkinson’s happen. Please show your support by coming out!

Don’t forget, the showers are in!  Also, I forgot to mention the kid’s room has been improved with a TV that has access to Netflix kids.  Also, if you are looking to register for PR’s For Parkinson’s and get a shirt, you MUST be registered by this Thursday.  After that day, only registrations that don’t include a shirt will be available.  We WILL have shirts available at the event to purchase to support the cause.  

Warm-up/Injury Prevention
400 meter run, then 3 rounds not for time:
10 Pull-up retractions
5 I’s, Y’s, and T’s with a 4 second eccentric contraction (negative) every rep
Frankenstein walk length of gym
1 Minute bully extension bias stretch on each arm

Workout of the Day
2 Rounds:
AMRAP in 3 minutes of toes to bar
Rest 1 minute
AMRAP in 3 minutes of calories on the rower
Rest 1 minute
AMRAP in 3 minutes of double-unders
Rest 1 minute

Score is total reps completed.  If you can’t do toes to bar as Rx’d, you will do V-ups instead.
