Strength/Skill
EMOM for 12 minutes:
Every odd minute, work your way up finding a 5 rep max bent over row.
Every even minute, perform AMRAP of STRICT handstand push-ups.  Use deficit.

50 Double-unders
30 Air squats
10 Deadlifts (275/193)
