EMOM for 12 minutes:
Every odd minute, perform 8 bent over rows, going up in weight every set.
Every even minute, perform 20 push-ups as fast as possible.

In 15 minutes, perform 50 kettlebell swings (70/53). Then ladder in remaining time of
