Handstand push-up practice

If you can do HSPU’s, then find a 3 rep max deficit HSPU or try some on parallettes. If you cannot do HSPU’s but can kick up, practice going as low as you can to an Abmat + whatever you need.

Workout of the Day
In 20 minutes, run 2 miles, then AMRAP in remaining time:
5 Burpees
10 Goblet squats (53/35)
20 Double-unders
