Even minute: 8-10 unbroken CTB pull-ups – every time you break you will owe 5 burpees at the end of the EMOM
This EMOM is not scored, just be AFAP with the thrusters and work on good CTB technique. Also, pick a number for the pull-ups that challenges you. Leave the EMOM confident you improved your pull-ups.
