    :: this makes me happy seeing how the last time I did Jackie I used a #15 bar and did jumping pullups with a SLOWER time!! Lol ::

    Didn’t technically do the weighted pull-ups….but considering pretty much everything I do these days is with my weighted “vest” we called it 19# x30, lol!
