Find your 3 rep max.
These will be pause squats. You will pause for 3 seconds at the very bottom (but not bottomed out, huge difference). You have 15 minutes.

Workout of the Day
AMRAP in 6 minutes of:
Wallballs (20/14)

Every minute on the minute, you must perform 5 deadlifts (225/153). Score is total wallballs.

Rest 5 minutes,
then
For time:
Run 200 meters
Rest 1 minute
Run 400 meters
Rest 2 minutes
Run 600 meters
Rest 3 minutes
Run 800 meters
