EMOM for 12 minutes:
Odd minute: 5 Strict Presses @ 75% 1RM, if you do not know your 1RM add weight every minute
Even minute: 1 unbroken (Rx+) set of TTB- score is lowest set. If you cannot do more than 5 unbroken, do as many as you can in first 30 seconds – score is still lowest number of TTB in any round.
