Find your 3 rep max.
These will be touch and go. You have 20 minutes. These may not be ugly. If done properly, each rep will be caught lower with the 3rd rep more than likely caught in the bottom of a squat. Remember, foot work in a power clean is IDENTICAL to that of a squat clean, the only thing that is different is how low (squatted) the athlete is when receiving the bar.
