  • I’m a bit disappointed about missing the Open, I was hella ready this year, oh well, that is the ropes, I will be doing the “closed” with Ron – next year I’m going to wreck that mofo

    Strict Press – 95, 115, 135, 145, 155, 165, 170/ff – tied my press PR from last Feb, did PP last Friday at 220

    WoD –  18:31 – subbed 135 hanging muscle cleans for the burpees, I did horrible on HSPU, time to refocus on those

    Wanted to do the WoD Rx (45s +ab mat) but Britt talked me out of it. So I used 25s instead. Got halfway thru the first round and my shoulders were toast. Had to scrap the 25s.  Oh well, got a great workout in!

    148 felt better than my 123# and 133# lift. I’m quite happy about this. 

    WoD: 14:11 (1 abmat) those were the most difficult HSPU’s ever …

    WoD – 11:15 (2 abmats). Had to scale my HSPU’s back from 1 abmat + 10# to 2 abmats for whatever reason.
