    PP 2RM: 135/2, 155/2, 175/2.5, 185/2.5, 195/2 (counted .5 reps b/c failed 1st attempt but kept bar up) – this was the first time I felt like I was able to get a good drive on the heavier wieghts

    I always enjoy cleans, so it was a fun day!

    HPC: Was working my way up and when I got to 205#, the look on Britt’s face told me it was time to back off and work on technique. So I did. ๐Ÿ™‚

    PP 2RM: 95/2, 135/2, 155/2, 165/2 (really ugly), 170/2, 180/1

    Push Press: 113# (30# less than my 1RM)

    … I’m seeing some sort of number pattern …
