EMOM for 12 minutes:
Every odd minute, perform 5 unbroken deadlifts at a heavy weight.
Every even minute, perform one unbroken set of push-ups.

Pick a weight and stay with it for the deadlifts. Those should be a challenge, I definitely want you feeling those Friday. Only change if you went too heavy/light. Score is total push-ups.

Workout of the Day
How high can you go in 12 minutes of:
1 Rope climb
2 Overhead squats (115/73)
1 Rope climb
4 overhead squats
1 Rope climb
6 Overhead squats. . .

If you can’t climb the rope, you will do 3 rope pulls per round.  Overhead squats should light enough you can do them unbroken through the round of 10 reps.
