New member, Eric working his way through some rope pulls. Rope pulls are used as a sub for rope climbs.

Clean pull + Clean + Pause front squat + Jerk

The clean will not be touch and go. Reset completely at the ground and continue. For the front squat, pause 2 seconds in the bottom.

Workout of the Day
In 14 minutes:
Row 1,500 meters, then in remaining time, perform AMRAP of
5 Muscle-ups
5 Hang power snatches (115/73)
15 Air squats

Sub for muscle-ups will be 5 CTB pull-ups and 5 hand release push-ups.
