Find your 1 rep max + a jerk.
This will be from the rack.  Get the bar out of the rack, complete a thruster, then one jerk.  You have 20 minutes.

Complete this sequence 3 times.
90 seconds: AMRAP chest-to-bar pull-ups.
1 minute rest
90 seconds: AMRAP ring push-ups.
1 minute rest
90 seconds: AMRAP power cleans (165/113)
1 minute rest

If we run out of rings, you may start on something other than the pull-ups to ensure everyone does ring push-ups, just make sure you stay in order.  You will have 3 scores, one for each movement.
