Cash out: 5 rope climbs

This workout is capped at 20 minutes unless you are on the rope climbs.  The thruster weight should be manageable, taking no more than 3 sets to get through the set of 27.  If you aren’t good at toes-to-bar, pick a number to do per round that challenges you, but won’t get you capped.  If you can’t do toes-to-bar, you will do straight leg raises or knee ups.
