Warm-up
3 rounds not for time:
10 Russian kettlebell swings
10 Walking hip flexor stretch lunges (5 each leg)
10 Push-ups

Workout of the Day
eXalted’s own benchmark:

Every 2 minutes for 20 minutes:
30 Double-unders
5 Handstand push-ups
5 Power cleans (185/133)
15 Air squats

Your goal is to finish the entire 20 minutes doing the tasks in the two minute time frame. If you can’t do double-unders well, you will jump rope for 20 seconds. You score on this workout will be however many rounds you get in plus how many reps into the next round you got. If you get through the whole thing, your score will be the time you finished in.
