Don’t forget, Coach Big D’s 6 week Olympic cycle starts next week!  This is open to both members and non-members alike.  If you want to get coached by a state champion and National Championship qualifier, here is your chance.  Day one is next Monday, October 12th!  Please let us know if you would like to attend.  The class runs Monday and Wednesday 6:30 to 8 and Friday 5:30 to 7.  Daniel recently cleaned 400 lbs and snatched 305 lbs so Coach Big D definitely knows what he doing.

Workout of the Day
3 rounds for time:
20 Pistols (10 each leg, alternating)
15 Push presses (135/93)
15 Box jump overs (24/20)

This workout is capped at 15 minutes.  Scale pistols by going to a box or bench.
