Skill/Warm-up
3 Rounds for reps:
Every 2 minutes alternate between
200m Run
3 unbroken ring dips (Rx must MU into rings and come off the rings every 3 dips)
Rx score is # of sets
Scaled will count every rep

Workout of the Day
3 Rounds for time
15 Hang Power Cleans (165/113)
15 2-4-1 Wall Ball (20/14) – you may hit above the target to allow more time for the squat
Scaled will be 20 regular wall balls, if you cannot use Rx med ball to begin with you will not do 2-4-1 with a lighter med ball
