Warm-up

10 calorie row
8 Bent over rows (pick your own weight, should be moderate. Keep movement strict)
10 Clapping push-ups
8 Romanian deadlifts with bent over row weight

Workout of the Day
For total time:
5 rope climbs (no feet anyone?)
Rest 1 minute
15 Power snatches (135/93)
Rest 1 minute
25 Thrusters
Rest 1 minute
35 Toes to bar
Rest 1 minute
800 meter run

This workout is capped at 20 minutes unless you are out on the run.  Remember, finishing the workout takes precedence over “Rx’ing” the workout.
