Larry’s first muscle-up!  And yes it happened on a Weakness Wednesday.

Strength
Deadlift
Find your 3 rep max.
These will be done with a snatch grip and no bounce is allowed.  Keep your butt down and try to mimic the first pull of your snatch as much as possible.  i.e. lift the bar off the ground as if you were going to snatch it, not deadlift it.  You are allowed to use straps.  You have 15 minutes.

This workout is capped at 20 minutes. If you missed yesterday’s strength WOD, you will do 15-12-9 deadhang pull-ups and burpees. If you were here, you will 15-12-9 toes to bar and burpees.
