Find your 3 rep max.
This will be 3 done as 3 Cleans + 1 Jerk. All 3 reps from the floor, you may drop each rep, but reset right away and do the jerk only on the last clean.

AMRAP in 15 minutes:
20 Squat cleans (115/73) (Rx+ 135/93)
20 Ring dips (Rx+ MU into rings)
100 Double-unders
