James and Melissa still going strong and loving the results. Both have started strictly counting macros and have noticed a substantial difference!

Workout of the Day
For time:
80/60 calories on the Assault Bike (10 minute cap)
then
For time:
75 ring push-ups (8 minute cap)
then
For time:
75 GHD sit-ups (6 minute cap)

Complete the tasks in any order you wish, rest as needed in between efforts.  Spend any extra time you have practicing a skill, learning a new one, or mobilizing!
