Bobby takes his rest very seriously during Tuesday’s infamous “Don’t drop the ball” WOD.

Strength/Olympic
EMOM for 10 minutes:
Every odd minute, perform 3 touch and go snatches @ 65%.
Every even minute, perform 15 hollow rocks.

Workout of the Day
Every 2 minutes for 20 minutes:
30 Double-unders
5 Handstand push-ups
5 Power cleans (185/133)
15 Air squats

Your goal is to finish the entire 20 minutes doing the tasks in the two minute time frame. If you can’t do double-unders well, you will jump rope for 20 seconds. You score on this workout will be however many rounds you get in plus how many reps into the next round you got. If you get through the whole thing, your score will be 10.

This is definitely not an ego WOD, don’t try to Rx the weight and get a score of 4 rounds because you can’t do HSPU well or power clean 185 quickly. The power cleans should more or less be touch and go.
