Max Rep Push-ups
You will do two sets of max rep push-ups. The highest number done in one set will be your score for this (this is be the first set more than likely). You may rest with your arms extended. EACH SET is done with max effort. IF you can’t do push-ups very well, you will do a 4 minute AMRAP of push-ups instead, keeping them as strict as possible. Rest as needed between sets.

Calories on the rower
Perform 50 double-unders after every round. Ladies will do 25-20-15-10-5 calories on the rower, but the thrusters will remain the same.
This workout is capped at 30 minutes.
