If you aren’t on Facebook or don’t pay attention to the group (SHAME), I’m doing a small custom order of new tank tops since I have a few people who have been asking for them. The men’s tanks are pretty standard but the lady’s tank tops look like this. Don’t worry, I am also ordering normal men’s shirts and normal lady’s tanks. If you would like one of those tanks and did not vote/see the post in the group, please let me know. They are July 4th themed with a unique American flag logo mixed with the gym’s logo on the front. If you are on Facebook but didn’t see the post, I put a picture of the design in the group.
Skill Development: double-under
The first part of the class will be double-under practice. If you can do double-unders already, you may work on something else or try and set a new PR for a max unbroken set. Or work on how efficient you are. Work on being faster.
