50-40-30-20-10 reps for time of:
Squat Cleans (135/93)
Ring Dips (MU into rings if you can)
You will start each workout every 10 minutes. “Isabel” at 0:00, “Annie” at 10:00, and “27” at 20:00. If you finish Isabel in 4 minutes, you will rest 6 minutes. You should scale to finish Isabel in under 6 minutes. If you do not finish, it is a 10 minute cap and you will immediately begin Annie. Same format applies for Annie, if you finish in 5 minutes you will get 5 minutes rest. Again, if you do not finish in under 10 minutes you will be capped and must immediately begin “27”. You MUST use the same bar for the squat cleans that you used on the snatches. The entire workout is capped at 30 minutes. Each workout is scored separately.
