Every odd minute, do 3 snatch pulls with 90% of snatch weight.
Every even minute, AMRAP strict unbroken handstand push-ups. (one set)
Score will be total HSPU’s completed.

10 Unbroken hang power cleans (135/93)
10 Unbroken push presses
Rest two minutes in between rounds. You must go straight from the cleans to push presses. If you drop the bar, it is a 5 thruster penalty to be done immediately.
