This will be a 5 second pause squat. Chest up, knees out, you know the drill!

30 Muscle-ups
Rest 2 minutes,
then
For time:
800 meter run
30 Push jerks (185/123)

If you can’t do muscle-ups, you will 20 wall walks instead.  The whole workout is capped at 25 minutes so scale accordingly!
