  • We are one month out from PR’s For Parkinson’s!  Let’s get those registrations in and remember, it is a day to come and have fun.  If you don’t want to do all three workouts, that is absolutely fine.  Come and PR your clean and “Fran” and call it a day.
  • We have updated the Membership Options page to reflect some things people may not realize they get as a member of eXalted.
  • Our own Meghan Burke is heading a testimonial program to help the gym out.  If you would please grab one of the blue sheets of paper on the main table in the gym and fill it out and return it to us by next Wednesday, that would be awesome.  She has put a ton of work into it and we are so thankful to have her help us.

Strength
Overhead Squat
Find your 3 rep max.
These will be “pause” overhead squats. Pause for 3 seconds in the bottom position before standing up. It should go without saying, but remember to mobilize a plenty before this lift.

Workout of the Day
In 14 minutes, row 1000 meters, then in the remaining time:
3 Muscle-ups
1 Thruster (115/73)
3 Muscle-ups
2 Thrusters
3 Muscle-ups
3 Thrusters. . .

If you can’t do Muscle-ups, you will do either 5 ring dips instead, or 6 HR push-ups.
