Warm-up/Running(!)
8 Rounds:
Every 90 seconds, sprint 200 meters.

Workout of the Day
AMRAP in 12 minutes:
12 Box jump overs (24/20)
9 Ring dips
6 Burpee deadlifts (275/193)

For the burpee deadlifts, you will perform a lateral (or bar facing, woof) bar burpee, jumping over the bar and then deadlifting it. So the rep begins going down to the ground and ends with a jump over the bar and then a deadlift.  If you cannot do ring dips, you will do 9 hand release push-ups instead.  If you are still really sore from or did “Woehlke” yesterday, you will do 9 ring rows instead.
