EMOM for 12 minutes:
Every odd minute, perform 3 push presses at 80-85% of your 1RM.
Every odd minute, perform 8 burpees AFAP to a target.
If your push press is well established, stick with 80-85% for every set of the EMOM. If you have no idea what your 1RM push press is, work your way up and find a 3 rep max and then WRITE IT DOWN!
