EMOM for 24 minutes:
In the first minute, perform 8 underhand bent over rows
In the second minute, perform 12 pistols (alternating)
In the third minute, perform 50 double-unders
In the fourth minute, rest
If pistols come easy to you, do them weighted. This EMOM is for training which means no score and you perform it however you need to make yourself better. If you cannot perform double-unders, you will do 15 box jump overs instead.
