Jerry doing a nice demonstration of a good morning, an exercise we use quite frequently in our warm-ups. Great way to train yourself that no matter how much your hamstrings want to pull your lumbar out of tension, you need to keep that back TIGHT.

Complete shoulder seminar. Start with smashing anterior and posterior compartment, move on to internal/external rotation stretches and finish up with a reintroduction to Crossover Symmetry. If you have shoulder pain, you cannot miss today.
