This week we will be doing another Friday Night Lights for those participating in the Open.  The plan will be the same as last time, plan to go in heats after the 6 o’clock class and bring some food!  I will see if we can get the grill going again.  Please come out again and support your fellow members fighting their way through 16.3!

Weakness/Skill/Makeup
The first part of the class will be dedicated to skill work just like last week. OR you can makeup a workout you missed. Time to get that first rope climb, learn to string those toes-to-bars together, or finally find that power position on a snatch.
