We are moving the Open WODs to Saturday, we are doing this to encourage people to come out and cheer everyone on.  If you are not able to make it on Saturday you can still do it on Friday.

Olympic
EMOM for 16 minutes
Snatch
First 4 minutes: 2 reps @ 75%
Second 4 minutes: 1 rep at 85%
Third 4 minutes: 1 rep at 90%
Last 4 minutes: 2 reps at 80%

Endurance
4x200m w/ 60 sec. rest
4x400m w/ 90 sec. rest
– after the last 200m rest 60 seconds then run your first 400m
